Jatkuva kouluttautuminen on meille perusarvo. Joka viikko valmentajamme osallistuvat Mentorointi tunneille koulutuksiin, joita vetävät alan huippuasiantuntijat. Aiheina liike, ravitsemus, palautuminen, viestintä ja fysioterapia.

Alalla, joka kehittyy päivittäin, ajan tasalla pysyminen ei ole valinnaista se on osa työtä. Se on standardi, jonka olemme asettaneet, ja jota noudatamme.
