Performance Unit on koti monipuoliselle 39 ammattilaisvalmentajan tiimille, joita yhdistää yksi tavoite: todellisten ja mitattavien tulosten tuottaminen.

Valmentajamme tulevat erilaisista taustoista urheilun, voimaharjoittelun, palautumisen, fysioterapian ja ravitsemuksen parista.

Meidät erottaa muista yhteinen sitoutuminen jatkuvaan kehitykseen. Emme ole täällä laskemassa toistoja tai kuluttamassa aikaa. Olemme täällä valmentamassa, kannustamassa ja tukemassa sinua jokaisessa vaiheessa.

Koulutus Performance Unitilla

Performance Unitilla jatkuva oppiminen on yksi ydinarvoistamme. Joka viikko valmentajamme osallistuvat Mentor-sessioihin, joita johtavat tiimimme kokeneet asiantuntijat. Näissä käsitellään keskeisiä aiheita, kuten liike, ravitsemus, palautuminen, vuorovaikutus ja fysioterapia.

Sessioiden tavoitteena on terävöittää taitoja, haastaa ajattelua ja ennen kaikkea palvella asiakkaitamme paremmin. Omistautunut koulutustiimimme kokoaa sisällöt uusimman tieteen ja käytännön sovellusten pohjalta, ja lisäksi kutsumme ulkopuolisia asiantuntijoita jakamaan osaamistaan.

Alalla, joka kehittyy päivittäin, uskomme että ajan tasalla pysyminen ei ole valinnaista. Se on osa työtä. Se on se taso, jonka asetamme ja jota myös itse noudatamme.
