We help people radically change their health and identity, by changing what they do every day. And we do it through long-term coaching relationships that go way beyond “1 session a month.”
Our coaches don’t just tell people what to do. They walk the path with them, through wins, failures, setbacks, and breakthroughs.

How We Work
This is not a remote job.
Every single coach works on location, in either Helsinki or Espoo.
- Our office team works out of Kamppi, Helsinki
- Our sales team is on-site and synced with coaching and operations
- Weekly live education, collaboration, and feedback
- We believe in physical presence, tight feedback loops, and real accountability
- Our coaches are assigned to one location only
We don’t hide behind Slack threads. We build performance face-to-face.
