Performance Unit is home to 39 full-time coaches, a sharp office team in Kamppi, Helsinki, and a sales team that keeps the engine running. We’re growing, and we’re always looking for hard-working, talented and fun people to grow with us.
This isn’t a side hustle. This is a full-time role for those ready to take coaching, and themselves, to the next level.
What We Do
We help people radically change their health and identity, by changing what they do every day. And we do it through long-term coaching relationships that go way beyond “1 session a month.”
Our coaches don’t just tell people what to do. They walk the path with them, through wins, failures, setbacks, and breakthroughs.
This work changes people. And it changes you too.
How We Work
This is not a remote job.
Every single coach works on location, in either Helsinki or Espoo.
- Our office team works out of Kamppi, Helsinki
- Our sales team is on-site and synced with coaching and operations
- Weekly live education, collaboration, and feedback
- We believe in physical presence, tight feedback loops, and real accountability
- Our coaches are assigned to one location only
We don’t hide behind Slack threads. We build performance face-to-face.
